Acrylonitrile is colorless transparent liquid with pungent odor, flammable, its vapor and air can form an explosive mixture, which is easy to cause combustion in case of open fire and high heat, and releases toxic gas, which reacts violently with oxidants, strong acids, strong bases, amines and bromine. Under the high temperature of the fire site, polymerization and exothermic can occur, causing the container to crack.

Main applications:

• 1.Acrylonitrile is mainly used as an monomer of synthetic fiber, synthetic rubber and synthetic resin. Polyacrylonitrile fiber made from acrylonitrile is acrylic fiber. Its performance is very similar to wool, so it is also called synthetic wool.
• 2.Acrylonitrile and butadiene copolymerization can produce nitrile rubber, which has good oil resistance, cold resistance, wear resistance, and electrical insulation properties, and its performance is relatively stable under the action of most chemical solvents, sunlight and heat.
• 3.Acrylonitrile can used to produce ABS resin with the advantages of light weight, cold resistance and good impact resistance.
• 4.Acrylamide, acrylic acid and their esters can be prepared by hydrolysis of acrylonitrile. They are important organic chemical raw materials.
• 5.Acrylonitrile can also be electrolytic hydrogenated and coupled to produce adiponitrile, which is the raw material of nylon 66. In 160KG drum ,12.8MTS in 20GP container ,or in ISO TANK or as per customer’s requirement.

Storage:
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from kindling and heat sources. The storage temperature should not exceed 26 ℃. The package shall be sealed and shall not be in contact with air. It shall be stored separately from oxidants, acids, alkalis and edible chemicals, and mixed storage shall not be allowed.
